Lead the projects UI team through high level concepts to final in game art work by firstly creating the style guide, then went on to collect reference material to help style the UI. Once reference was collected I lead the team through the concept stage which consisted of using the guide sheets and margins created. Then the initial concepts were put through reviews with directors which then would be repeated weekly to get each concept signed off.
This was done by working alongside the design team to help distinguish what the games flow would be, then we would go on to create the UX wire frames which then became what we see in game now.
Due to time constraints the biggest challenge was deciding which screens would be a complete redesign and which screens we would keep from the previous game while introducing the new art style.
